There’s isn’t a manual for this and we’re going to make it up together, putting into practice the behaviours that we’ll be encouraging in the organisation. Being curious and open, experimenting and learning, being honest and transparent.
It starts with a conversation, without obligation on either side, to look at what changes you want to bring about, what dreams for the future you have. A chance to share thoughts and ideas and see if we have the right chemistry to work together.
This can work for individuals, for teams, or for the whole organisation. Underlying it all is self-awareness and conscious intent and a new understanding of what leadership today and how it is a practice for everyone, not just those notionally at the top.
